The library is open for students who wish to do research, read, or just relax in a
quiet place before school, during lunch, or after school. Teachers bring classes
in for instruction and research activities.

The Library is open every school day from 6:55A.M. until 2:40 P.M. Books,
paperbacks and older magazines are loaned for two weeks at a time. Videos are
available for class use only.  Reference books and reserve materials may be
checked out for overnight. Audio-Visual equipment circulates on an as-needed basis.

The library houses a 31 computer lab and an additional 8 computers for teacher or
student use. Also available are scanners, digital cameras, multimedia projectors,
laptops, etc., ready for use. We have approximately 14,000 books in our collection,
as well as the automated card catalog and computerized research tools.

The Library Catalog is open 24/7 by clicking here: BHS LIBRARY CATALOG
